Refunds & Returns Policy
This policy applies to purchases made on Africraft.co.uk.

At Africraft Store, our mission is to mak you completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange in accordance with UK and European consumer rights laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Your Right to Cancel & Return (UK & EU Consumers)
Under UK and EU law, customers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving the item, without needing to provide a reason.
You must notify us in writing of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item.
You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
We will process a full refund to the original payment method, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be: Unused, unworn, and in its original condition (including packaging and tags).
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Returned within 14 days of notifying us of the return request.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will: Offer a replacement at no extra cost.
Arrange a full refund, including return shipping costs (if applicable).
UK consumer law entitles customers to repair, replace, or refund for faulty goods within six months of purchase. We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
3. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrect:

4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

3οΈβ£ Package & Ship the Item β Ensure the item is securely packed and use a trackable shipping method to return it within 14 days.
4οΈβ£ Refund Processing β Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

5. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card, bank transfer).
- If you paid for faster shipping, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.
